Who We Are

Integra Training Limited was founded in 1990 by Pennie Evans who remains the Principal Consultant. She loves to coach and train people at all levels. Her background includes working for Littlewoods Stores, British Rail and American Express UK & Ireland. She has held posts in operational line management roles, as an HR generalist and later a specialist in Training and Development so brings experience as well as enthusiasm to her consulting , training and coaching. As a Consultant Pennie has worked for blue chip organisations as diverse as GlaxoSmithKline, British Airways, BT and Atkins. She has particular experience in the pharmaceutical and professional services sectors.

She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development  [ M.C.I.P.D.] 
and a Member of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning [M.I.T.O.L] 

She holds a Diploma in Performance Coaching [Business], is a Licensed NLP Practitioner with the Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a British Psychological Society Certificated Psychometrics user. She also holds a Diploma with Distinction in Image Consulting.

She is also Certificated  as a trainer of :
Managing Personal Growth by Blessing White, Situational Leadership for Blanchard Training and Development and Six Thinking Hats with the Edward de Bono group.
