In a rapidly changing world there are few jobs for life. Many people never intended to be in the job they now do and want to know what else might suit them. 

Others will have had their hands forced by business closure, re-organisation or redundancy. You might want to know which types of job suit your personality, abilities and experience. 

Many people are very happy in their organisation; but are facing some type of career crossroads: 

•     Do they stay in a technical or specialist role or move into management? 

•     How do they find a job which is compatible with their partner or family life ? 

•     How do they move internally into a different role or different part of the organisation ? 

We can work with people in groups or 1:1 to help them decide their best way forward. This may be as formal Outplacement or simply for personal career development.
