This means we spend time listening and questioningto ensure you get the solution
your organisation needs.
We are happy to work on analysing problems and producing recommendations
and/or then implementing the right solutions
Our consultancy interventions are at all levels in the organisation - from
front line help desk and call centre staff through team leaders and
supervisors to managers, directors and function heads.
We also work with diagonal slices of the organisation and offer programmes
to managers with their teams in areas where openness is valued e.g. carrying
out performance reviews.
We work predominantly in the UK but have rolled out corporate initiatives in
Europe, Asia and Australia. Many of us love to travel so talk to us!
If your organisation is based in, or has a presence in, the US, Canada or
central America we are also able to offer the services of our strategic
alliance partner in the US, Learning Key International, who are able to
offer most of our services and workshops.
This reduces cost to you, increases flexibility and allows for cultural
tailoring of even the most standard programmes.
Training Internal Consultants
We also train advisers to the organisation, eg people in HR
Legal, IT, Purchasing, Finance, etc, to work as effective internal
consultants within your organisation.
